[DOWN ON THE FARM]
Jaso Strong In AAA Debut; Price Shaky In Latest Start
Durham 4, Syracuse 1. Ben Hendrickson allowed only 1 unearned run on 2 hits and a walk in 7 innings...John Jaso was 3-4 in his triple-A debut with a double. He also threw out the only attempted base stealer...Dan Johnson added a single and a double in 4 at bats.

Montgomery 5, Birmingham 3. David Price did not factor in the decision after giving up 3 runs in 5 innings on 3 solo home runs. Those were the first 3 home runs he has allowed as a pro. He struck out 3 and walked none...Erold Andrus was 2-3 and drove in 3 runs...JT Hall added 2 RBI on 1-3 hitting.

Dunedin 9, Vero Beach 0. Chuck Tiffany started and was knocked out with 2 outs in the 3rd inning after giving up 6 runs on 5 hits and 5 walks.

West Virginia 11, Columbus 4. Jeremy Hall gave up 8 runs in 4.1 innings...Maiko Loyola (3), Reid Fronk (11) and Quinn Stewart (3) homered for the Catfish.

Hudson Valley 4, Auburn 3. Kyeong Kang singled home the winning run with 2 outs in the bottom of the 9th inning.

Danville 4, Princeton 2. Tim Beckham was 2-4 with 2 singles and a caught stealing. He handled his only attempt at shortstop without an error.
