[DOWN ON THE FARM]
Rays Limit David Price's Workload
Indianapolis 6, Durham 3. David Price held Indy to 2 runs in 4 innings in his third triple-A start. He struck out 3 and walked 2, giving up 6 hits. He was limited to 88 pitches. In his previous starts he threw 80 and 85 pitches. The low pitch-counts does leave us wondering if the Rays are trying to ease his workload in anticipation of a promotion to the majors.

West Tenn 10, Montgomery 7.

Jupiter 4, Vero Beach 3.

Charleston 14, Columbus 2 (gm 1).

Columbus 8, Charleston 6 (gm 2).

Hudson Valley 7, Oneonta 5.

Johnson City 5, Princeton 4 (15). Tim Beckham was 1-6 with 2 Ks.
