Unlike most team blogs, we do not very often tell you what the Tampa Bay Rays should do. In 2008 the Rays came up three wins short of the ultimate goal. But while some of us before the season may have dreamed of playoffs dancing in our heads, nobody really thought winning the World Series was a viable option.

That all changes in 2009.

For the first time in franchise history the Rays enter the season as a legitimate contender to win it all. That means 11 wins in the postseason.
